Full-Time | Arbour Hill and On the Road

We are an artisan wholesale food company looking for someone who brings more than just driving skills. We want a food-lover, a self-starter, and a people person who enjoys building relationships and representing a brand with pride.

As our Deliveries and Customer Experience Specialist, you will deliver artisan products to customers, support the warehouse team, and act as one of the key faces of our business. You will need strong organisation, excellent customer service, and a natural eye for spotting opportunities to support — and grow — our customer base.

What You Will Do:
Deliver orders accurately, on time, and with great customer service
Build strong relationships with chefs, retailers, and food businesses
Represent our artisan brand with knowledge, enthusiasm, and professionalism
Assist in the warehouse with stock, organisation, and dispatch
Maintain a clean, well-organised van and help with general duties when needed
Keep orders organised and help ensure next-day deliveries are ready
Identify potential new business opportunities during regular customer interactions
