Join Our Team as a Sous Chef! We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. About You: Professional experience in food preparation and kitchen management. Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, with the ability to prepare and contribute to Italian-inspired menus. Capable of supporting the Head Chef and supervising kitchen staff when required. Experienced in inventory management and maintaining food quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing menus. Oversee food preparation, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation. Manage kitchen operations, including staff scheduling, training, and inventory control.
