Responsible for planning and executing the firm's digital strategy across a range of digital channels that are consistent with the company’s brand identity; creating and developing more compelling and shareable content; creating strategies to boost access to the website and sales of our products; maintaining a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness; discussing business methods, services and targeting customer groups to identify marketing requirements; driving consistent, relevant traffic and leads to our social network presence; overseeing and track competitor activity ongoingly and identify new opportunities; management of analytics using Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools, management of the firmwide direct mail communications channel, reporting on direct mail campaigns, generating new business opportunities through strategic inbound and outbound sales development support.
