Coonagh Roundabout Limited is seeking two experienced Chef de Partie professionals to join our permanent team (39 hours per week, €36,800 per annum). 

Our catering service provides high-quality, multicultural meals to refugees, IPAS customers, and people from diverse backgrounds under one roof. The role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting a wide range of dishes to high standards, ensuring consistency, flavour, and excellent presentation. Responsibilities include supporting daily kitchen operations, supervising junior staff, maintaining HACCP hygiene standards, assisting with menu planning, and managing stock and kitchen organisation. The potential Candidates must be able to perform well under pressure and similar experience desirable.

Location: Ennis Rod, Limerick City, V94 KV22.
