Job Description and Main Duties:
Nova Drylining Services Limited is seeking a motivated Drylining Fixer’s Helper (Trainee) to support experienced drylining fixers on various construction projects.

Main duties include:
assisting senior fixers with material handling and preparation;
supporting installation of plasterboard and drylining systems;
maintaining work areas in a safe and organised manner;
following instructions from experienced fixers;
participating in on-the-job training to develop skills and progress within the company;
adhering to all site health and safety standards.

This role offers long-term career development with the potential to become a fully qualified Drylining Fixer.

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
No formal qualifications required — full training provided;
Construction experience is an advantage but not essential;
Good physical fitness and ability to work on active construction sites;
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team;
Safe Pass required (or willingness to obtain);
Manual Handling certificate is an advantage.

Location of Employment:
Various construction sites across Ireland.
Daily transport departs from Dundalk, Co. Louth each morning.
Work locations vary depending on project requirements.

Hours of Work:
Full-time, 39 hours per week.

Proposed Salary:
Minimum €34,000 per year, in line with General Employment Permit requirements
(approximately €16.77 per hour).

Type of Contract:
Full-time, minimum 12-month contract.
