Bolt Security Services, a leading provider of professional security solutions in Dublin, is seeking an experienced Security Systems Installation Supervisor to join our team. We specialise in CCTV installations, intruder alarms, doorbell intercoms, security lighting, and fault finding services, ensuring the safety and security of homes and businesses. Key Responsibilities: Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of skilled electrical and electronic trades workers involved in the installation and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and intercoms. Establish and monitor work schedules to meet project deadlines and productivity requirements. Liaise with managers, clients, other departments, and contractors to resolve operational problems and ensure smooth project delivery. Determine or recommend staffing and resource needs to achieve installation targets and maintain high standards of workmanship. Report to senior management on departmental activities, project progress, and any issues arising. Ensure compliance with relevant Irish standards, including PSA licensing, NSAI certifications, and health and safety regulations. Requirements: Significant relevant experience in electrical or electronic trades, preferably in security systems installation (minimum 2-5 years). Proven supervisory experience, with the ability to lead teams and manage projects from conception to completion. Qualifications such as QQI Level 6 in Electrical Installation, City & Guilds in Electrotechnical Technology, or equivalent; apprenticeships in related fields are advantageous. Knowledge of low-voltage wiring, system integration, and fault diagnosis in security electronics. Strong communication and organisational skills. This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring technical expertise and leadership to deliver customised security solutions to our clients.
