We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Redrawing Technician to convert hand sketches, scanned drawings, or outdated CAD files into accurate, high-quality digital drawings. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, knowledge of industry drafting standards, and proficiency in AutoCAD software. Key Responsibilities: • Redraw existing drawings (hand sketches, PDFs, scanned images, or old CAD files) into AutoCAD. • Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, and adhere to company or industry standards. • Update and maintain existing CAD files for projects. • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to clarify drawing specifications. • Check dimensions, annotations, and scale for correctness. • Organise and archive drawing files systematically. Requirements: • Proven experience with AutoCAD (2D and/or 3D). • Knowledge of drafting standards and best practices. • Strong attention to detail and precision. • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. • Good communication skills for coordination with the team. • Experience with other CAD software is a plus (e.g., SolidWorks, Revit).
