Canton House Chinese Takeaway is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie - Chinese Cuisine to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation Chinese dishes, while ensuring a clean, efficient and well organised workstation. Support the control of food costs by minimizing waste and maintaining appropriate portion sizes. Minimum of 2 years' experience. Proficiency Mandarin is required. A diploma from recognized culinary school or equivalent professional experience. Salary: 34,000 euros annually
