Our client PAK AFRO Traders Limited T/A Noor Foods requires a 2 skilled Butcher to join their team at 10 Church Street, Dundalk, County Louth. This is a full-time position offering a minimum annual salary of €34,000 based on a standard 39-hour work week. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and presenting meat products to a high standard, ensuring excellent food safety, hygiene, and customer service at all times. Duties include stock rotation, maintaining a clean work environment, managing orders, and assisting customers with product selection and advice. Previous experience in butchery and knowledge of meat cuts, preparation techniques, and HACCP requirements are essential.
