Job Title: Butcher Employer: H&D Meats Ltd T/A Robinson Meats Location: Unit E1 Chapelizod Est, Chapelizod, Dublin 20, D20C437 Salary: 34k-36k p.a. Hours: 39 hours per week Responsibilities: • Producing cuts and trims of meat to the company’s specification and at line speed. • Deboning several types of meats. • Following production targets. • Able to work in chilled area. • Checking cuts of meat for bruises, blemishes and defects and remove accordingly. • Other duties that may be part of the role from time to time.
