Job Description & Skills Required
Cork Truck Services Limited t/a CTS Mercedes-Benz, located at Blarney Business Park T23YT25 and Kilbarry Enterprise Centre Cork T23 T958, is currently hiring experienced vehicle technicians for the Mercedes-Benz brand. This is a full time paid position with 40 hours per week and an annual salary range of €43,502 - €49,920, depending on experience.

We are looking for qualified individuals with hands-on experience in diagnosing, servicing, and
repairing passenger vehicles. Technicians should be confident in using diagnostic platforms,
interpreting technical bulletins, and performing mechanical and electrical repairs to manufacturer
standards. Mercedes-Benz experience and familarity with XENTRY, WIS and TIPS is preferred but not essential.

Key responsibilities:
 Diagnose and repair faults in engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
 Conduct routine servicing and safety inspections.
 Use OEM diagnostic systems to perform software updates, resets, and system calibrations.
 Accurately complete job cards, service records, and warranty documentation.
 Liaise with service advisors and foremen to support quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will:
 Hold a relevant motor mechanic qualification or trade certification (Red Seal, QQI, or equivalent).
 Have 2+ years of workshop experience (franchise dealership experience preferred).
 Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork.
