The role - 

1- The Sustainability and DE&I Manager will drive the delivery of the SLIDAC's sustainability strategy including leading the DE&I sub-set of that overarching strategy.
2- Stay on top of evolving regulatory and best practice developments (and competitor activity in this field) ensuring the European Business remains compliant and relevantly positioned regarding Sustainability topics.
3 - Act as a sustainability SME for the European business.
4- Lead delivery of key initiatives and projects across the organisation related to sustainability topics.
5- Scan regulatory, best practice an competitor activities relating to Sustainability and DE&I topics .
6- This role has been identified as CF2 under CBI fitness and probity.

Key output-

1- Chair the EU Business´ ESG Forum (quarterly) 
2- Act as the EU Point of Contact to EU and Group colleagues and external authorities /industry associations
3- Lead on content for communication relating to Sustainability and DE&I topics
