"Jaipur Group" Is looking to employ a dedicated and creative Chef de Partie, Salary €34,500 yearly, 39 Hours Per week, 2 Years Contract. Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience in all aspects modern Indian. HACCP knowledge is essential. Duties include: preparation, Implementation of all aspects of Indian Cuisine, Indian curries and tandoori dishes and international gastronomy and menu development. Experience in Ireland or the European Union essential.
