Budlite Healthcare Ltd is recruiting Forensic Mental Health Support Workers to join our team in a newly opening specialist facility in Dublin. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative service supporting individuals with complex forensic and mental health needs to safely transition back into the community.

About the Role

As a Forensic / mental health Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting service users within a structured, secure, and therapeutic environment. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to promote safety, stability, rehabilitation, and positive life outcomes.

Those with experience in social care, healthcare, or mental health services
Candidates without prior experience who have the right attitude and commitment – full training will be provided
