Budlite Healthcare Ltd is recruiting Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMHNs) to join our team in a newly opening specialist forensic mental health facility in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a service focused on recovery, safety, and supporting individuals to reintegrate into the community. About the Role As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care within a structured and secure environment. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to support assessment, treatment, risk management, and recovery-focused care planning. Essential Requirements Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification Current registration with NMBI (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland) Experience in mental health settings (forensic experience desirable but not essential) Strong clinical assessment, risk management, and documentation skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, therapeutic, and person-centred nursing care Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and clinical reviews Administer and monitor medication in line with best practice Maintain accurate clinical records and reports Promote dignity, recovery, and least-restrictive practice What We Offer Competitive rates of pay (details on application) Comprehensive induction and ongoing training Opportunity to work in a new forensic mental health service Supportive management and professional development opportunities Why Join Budlite Healthcare?
