Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. 

The successful candidate must hold a provisional D 1 License, or be in a position to apply for a license. 

A person already holding a D1 licence and meeting DSP requirements is also welcome to apply for the position. 

The position is to drive a community bus for the 3rd AGE. Duties include collecting patrons and transport them to appointments, shopping, doctors appointments and the 3 AGE building.
