We are currently seeking an Experienced Stainless Steel Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team in Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow. The successful candidate will fabricate and assemble stainless steel and aluminium components for high-quality cleanroom environments and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate products in stainless steel, aluminium, and mild steel to cleanroom and client standards.
Perform welding operations using MMA, MIG, and TIG techniques.
Polish and finish stainless steel components suitable for pharmaceutical cleanroom environments.
Carry out final assembly of fabricated items based on detailed production drawings.
Set up and operate fabrication equipment including brake press, pinch rollers, pyramid rollers, and pipe benders.
Read and interpret engineering drawings; determine appropriate fabrication methods and setups.
Collaborate with fitting teams on client sites (North Wicklow and Dublin) to assess fabrication requirements and provide accurate manual drawings for workshop execution.
Liaise with laser and CNC departments to ensure precision fit and alignment in final assemblies.
Maintain high safety and quality standards in all fabrication and site work.

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 10 years’ experience in metal fabrication (stainless, mild steel, and aluminium).
Time-served Metal Fabricator or equivalent trade qualification.
Certified in MMA, MIG, and TIG welding.
Working knowledge of CAD systems and ability to interpret and revise manufacturing drawings.
Experience in an ISO/BRC manufacturing environment desirable.
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for scheduling and documentation.
Full clean driving licence required.
Safe Pass, Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels, and Working at Heights certification advantageous (training can be provided).

Excellent communication and organisational skills in English.
Comfortable using CAD software and Microsoft Office tools.
