Job Description 
•	Identify and develop new international business opportunities through research of global markets, customers, and distribution channels.
•	Manage and grow relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and key accounts to achieve sustainable sales growth.
•	Execute international sales strategies aligned with company objectives, revenue targets, and expansion plans.
•	Conduct market and competitor analysis to support pricing, product positioning, and entry into new regions.
•	Negotiate sales contracts, pricing structures, and commercial terms with international customers while ensuring profitability.
•	Coordinate with production, logistics, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
•	Oversee export sales operations, including order confirmation, documentation, shipment coordination, and customer follow-up.
•	Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report on international market trends and results.
•	Represent the company at international meetings, trade fairs, and exhibitions to promote products and strengthen brand presence.
•	Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, food safety standards, and company policies across export markets.

Key Requirements

•	Experience in international sales, export, or business development involving cross-border markets.
•	Ability to implement international sales strategies aligned with organisational goals.
•	Strong commercial, negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
•	Understanding of international trade operations, logistics, and export documentation.
•	Proficiency in CRM systems and standard business software.
•	Third-level qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
•	Previous experience in FMCG or the food and beverage sector is desirable.
