Job Title: Painter – New Entrant Company Name: Ms Commercial and Private Renovations Limited Addres: 14, Castlegate Square, Lucan, Dublin, K78 TT16 Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and applying paint, wallpaper and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces of buildings and other structures. There are no minimum academic requirements. Further training will be provided on-the-job as required Duties include: Measuring surface areas and calculating required materials; Preparing surfaces by removing old paint, filling holes, sanding, and cleaning; Applying primers, undercoats, varnishes, and top coats using brushes, rollers, or sprayers Hanging wallpaper and other decorative wall coverings; Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and health & safety regulations. Job Requirements: Basic experience or initial exposure to painting and decorating, or related roles; Familiarity with the safe use of ladders, scaffolding, and power tools; Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
