Job Description – Chef de Partie (Indian Cuisine) Responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of authentic Indian dishes to a consistently high standard. The role involves managing a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining quality and portion control, and supporting the Head Chef in delivering an efficient, well-organised kitchen operation. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound knowledge of traditional Indian cooking techniques, spices, and flavours, together with a professional, collaborative approach to kitchen service.
