Experienced and passionate Chef de Partie (2 positions) sought for our well-established Indian restaurant, Rasoi Spice Limited T/A Rasoi.
Role Overview:
The Chef de Partie will be responsible for producing high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients and authentic spices, maintaining high standards across all kitchen operations, demonstrating strong culinary skills, and contributing to the improvement and development of existing menus. This is a permanent, full-time role (39 hours per week).
Requirements:
A minimum of two years’ relevant experience is essential. Previous experience in Indian or Pakistani cuisine is required. Fluency in Urdu/Hindi will be considered an advantage for communication within the kitchen team.
