Chef de Partie required to join our hard working team, in a fast pace environment.
The candidate must be able to:
take care of daily food preparation and duties;.
adhere to health and safety policies and regulations.
ability to estimate daily production needs, and to all food standards are met.
Produce high quality food to ensure guests satisfaction.
Must have a knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining in food preparation .
Ability to work as part of a team.
Flexible working hours subject to the demands of the business, midweek, weekends and holidays.
