We are looking for Healthcare Assistants who will assist healthcare professionals under the supervision of qualified nursing staff, to carry out a spectrum of duties. Their tasks include assisting patients with personal care and conducting clinical duties, in addition to carrying out, monitoring, and recording the results of medical tests, which the healthcare professionals will analyse. Healthcare assistants will be working under the supervision of qualified healthcare professionals and providers first hand care, comfort and safety to patients. The candidate must be kind, compassionate, patient and good communicator. A quick learner with ability to work as a part of team. Commitment to provide a quality services to residents. Qualifications for the role: The candidate will be QQI Level 5 Health Care Assistant Qualified or equivalent or be working towards same, or have a degree in one of the following: Degree in nursing Degree in Physiotherapy Degree in social work 6 months experience working as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role involving direct patient / resident care. Annual salary starting at €32.691.00 Weekly basic hours: 39 Location: Little Sisters of the Poor, Holy Family Residence, Roebuck Road, Dublin 14
