Yan & He Catering Limited T/A Yangtze Cafe & Restaurant located at Ground Floor,Manhattan Pub, Grange Cross, Ballyfermot, Dublin 10, is currently recruiting for motivated Chef de Parties with minimum 2 years working experience to join the kitchen catering team. The candidate will be responsible for producing a variety of food dishes in Chinese cuisines. The duties are involved: Ensure all food preparation meets standards, Prepare and present high quality food. Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination. The annual salary is €34,000, the weekly working hours is 39.
