Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard in accordance with our menu Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and food preparation Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times Supervise and train junior kitchen staff when necessary Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or similar role Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment A passion for cooking and creativity in menu development Strong teamwork and communication skills
