JDP Food Services Limited,  T/A The Shack located at St Brendan's Park, Gallowsfields, Tralee, Co. Kerry, V92 Y661 wishes to recruit a Sous Chef.
Duties include planning, preparing, cooking & presentation of a wide range of specialised foods.
Ensure compliance with all HACCP regulations.
Minimum of 5 years experience required.
Job is full time permanent, 39 hours per week.
