It is part of BCM Global, a prominent European independent mortgage, real estate, and commercial loan servicer expert in providing innovative financial services. Job Purpose We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Structured Finance team, managing a portfolio of Commercial and Corporate loan facilities. You'll play a key role in administering cash distributions, client reporting, and financial covenant testing. Role and Key Responsibilities • The Analyst will be involved in the following activities: • Managing assigned loan portfolios and ensuring accurate, timely administration • Responding to client inquiries and maintaining detailed, up-to-date records • Reviewing financial data and identifying variances to ensure compliance with covenants • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth loan operations • Working with complex Excel data, performing loan calculations, and preparing reports • Monitoring borrower accounts and ensuring accurate cash flow reconciliation Experience and Requirements • 2-3 years of financial services experience, with a focus on loan documentation • Strong communication skills and a reliable, flexible attitude • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel experience Desirable: • A third level financial, property or accounting related qualification would be a distinct advantage • Experience dealing with Commercial and Corporate loan management and documentation is preferred Other Job information • Full Time Permanent Position, 40hrs.
