O Donnabhains Bar & Guesthouse Ltd / registration number 6370867N  is looking to recruit 1 chef de partie chefs and 1 Sous Chef  to work in our property O Donnabhains Bar & Guesthouse, 10 Henry Street  , Kenmare , Co Kerry  www.odonnabhain-kenmare.com    
 
The chef de partie must work either in cold section ( cold starters/appetizers )  or any station of the hot section ( hot appetizers, garnish, grill, fryer, pan or sauce ) and  oversea the preparation of the mise en place in his section
The demis chef must prepare the mise en place and assist in the preparation of the menu

The minimum annual gross salaries offered:  34320 euros plus depending on the experience  the salaries ; working program of 40 hours/week .

Experience required: sous chef minimum 5 years’ experience ; chef de partie minimum 3 years’ experience in either on cold hot section ;  commis chef must have minimum 2 years experience ;
