Carnival ( Limerick) Synergy Limited T/A Soba Osaka Ben’s kitchen at upper William Street, Limerick is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team.Minimum 2 years of experience is required.Candidates must be able to work in a fast paced environment and able to work as part of a team,responsible and work in its own initiative. Duties include assisting head chef in food preparation,cooking & dish plating,monitoring food and waste control and responsible for food hygiene.
