Meath Salary: From €15.00 per hour (gross) – negotiable and subject to increase based on experience Start Date: Immediate / Flexible Job Summary We are recruiting an experienced and motivated Restaurant / Floor Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of a busy hospitality venue in Ireland. This role is ideal for a strong front-of-house professional ready to take the next step into a leadership position. Working closely with management, the Restaurant / Floor Supervisor will ensure smooth service delivery, high customer satisfaction, and effective team coordination while maintaining excellent standards of service, hygiene, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Supervise front-of-house operations during service periods Lead, motivate, and support waiting and bar staff on shift Ensure guests receive a high-quality dining experience at all times Assist with staff rotas, breaks, and daily task allocation Support on boarding and training of new team members Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food service regulations Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service flow Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and presentation across the floor Assist management with stock checks, cash handling, and end-of-shift procedures Candidate Profile Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Floor Supervisor, or Senior Waiter/Waitress Strong communication and leadership skills Confident decision-maker with a hands-on approach Excellent customer service and problem-solving ability Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Good command of the English language What We Offer Starting rate from €15.00 gross per hour, with scope to increase based on experience and performance Tips/gratuities where applicable Staff meals during shifts (where available) Training and development opportunities Career progression within hospitality operations Supportive and professional working environment Accommodation & Relocation Support (where applicable) Access to low-cost staff accommodation (shared or private options) Reduced living costs compared to private rental market Relocation guidance for EU candidates Support during the first weeks of employment in Ireland Requirements to Apply to jobs@euworkforce.ie Updated CV Valid EU/EEA Passport or right to work in Ireland Reference details
