Lead the development and deployment of advanced financial and business analytics frameworks to evaluate organisational performance, capital efficiency, and investment viability across business units. Conduct comprehensive feasibility assessments and scenario-based financial modelling to guide strategic growth initiatives, mergers, and capital expenditure programmes. Apply structured risk analytics, stress testing, and sensitivity modelling to identify, quantify, and mitigate financial, credit, and operational risks. Design and maintain dynamic forecasting, budgeting, and resource-allocation models that adapt to market fluctuations, seasonal demand, and evolving business priorities. Implement fraud detection and prevention systems using data-driven statistical methods, behavioural analysis, and anomaly detection algorithms to safeguard financial integrity. Drive cost-efficiency and margin-improvement initiatives across procurement, supply chain, and workforce planning functions through data-driven decision support. Manage credit risk evaluation processes by developing risk-scoring methodologies, setting exposure limits, and ensuring compliance with contractual and financial covenants. Provide investment and portfolio analytics insights to support decisions on asset optimisation, service innovation, and diversification strategies. Oversee financial due diligence and risk assessment for potential acquisitions, partnerships, or franchise expansions to ensure strategic and fiscal alignment. Collaborate with data engineering and IT teams to enhance financial data infrastructure, automate reporting workflows, and strengthen real-time analytics capabilities. Establish and monitor key financial and operational KPIs, including profitability ratios, working-capital metrics, and cost-control benchmarks, ensuring continuous performance improvement. Lead variance and root-cause analysis on performance deviations, initiating corrective measures in coordination with finance and operations stakeholders. Evaluate pricing and revenue-optimisation strategies using market intelligence, demand elasticity, and profitability analysis to maximise commercial outcomes. Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, VAT compliance, and statutory reporting obligations, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Management, Economics, Engineering, or related disciplines. Demonstrated experience in managing financial operations across multi-unit or multi-location businesses, preferably in retail, FMCG, or food and hospitality sectors. Proven track record of working cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and senior management. Advanced financial modelling and analytical thinking using tools like Excel, Python, R, or Power BI. Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication
