Breakfast & Food Truck Chef (Coffee & Service) Co. Wicklow A well-established daytime food operation in Co. Wicklow is recruiting a Breakfast & Food Truck Chef for a front-facing role combining food preparation, light cooking, coffee service, and customer interaction. This position is ideal for chefs seeking stable weekday hours, a better work–life balance, and the opportunity to work in a relaxed coastal environment — no evenings, no weekends. Role Overview As a Breakfast & Food Truck Chef, you will be responsible for: Preparing and cooking breakfast and food truck menu items Food preparation and light cooking during morning and lunchtime service Preparing and serving coffee and hot beverages (full training provided) Front-of-house customer service and order handling Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness Supporting daily food truck operations Working Hours Monday to Friday 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Weekends off Contract & Pay Full-time position €14.15 per hour (GROSS) Stable, long-term employment Accommodation Low-cost on-site accommodation available Ideal for relocation candidates Available from early January Training & Development Professional Barista / Coffee Training Course included on arrival A strong opportunity to gain certified coffee skills and expand your hospitality profile.
