Commis Chef who will also be responsible for kitchen management duties required by R.J. Walsh Private Ltd T/A Roosters Fresh. Responsible for monitoring and ordering stock. Responsible for preparation in the Kitchen and ensuring that orders are made in a high quality and timely manner. Minimum of 2 years experience as a commis chef required.  Will be required to assist the culinary team in producing high quality meals and services within required deadlines. Must have the ability to work well under pressure with a high level of attention to detail required. Applicants must have a good command of the English language. Knowledge of HACCP required.  Employer is R.J. Walsh Private Limited T/A Roosters Fresh. Place of Work: Roosters Fresh, Unit 9, Blackpool Retail Park, Blackpool, Co. Cork. 39 hours per week, Salary €34,000.00 per annum.
