Ability to oversees daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and within budget while also overseeing construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are performed correctly and on time. Must be able to review construction plans and specifications to maintain accuracy and quality of work. Act as a liaison between project managers, architects, engineers, and clients regarding progress and issues on site. Ability to address on-site issues promptly to prevent project delays while maintaining detailed records of construction processes, worker attendance, and project costs. Extensive experience in the construction industry a must.
