McGee’s Foods Ltd are recruiting a retail butcher for their site at Unit 29, Letterkenny Shopping Centre, Port Rd, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal, F92 ET65.

The key responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
Prepare, cut, trim, and present meat products to required standards.
Provide knowledgeable, friendly service to customers.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and workplace cleanliness.
Monitor stock levels, rotate products, and assist with stock ordering.
Operate butchery equipment safely and responsibly.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

A minimum of 2 years previous experience as a retail butcher essential. Remuneration is  
€34,000 per annum based on a 39 hour week.
