Grand Glorious Plt Limited T/A Clover & Stone at The Neale, Ballinrobe, Co.Mayo is looking for 2 experienced restaurant manager. Minimum 5 years of experience in this role and a third level education in Hospitality Management is required. Main Duties include : sound knowledge of all aspects of the restaurant  management role including rostering, purchasing and reservations. Must be knowledgeable of all purchasing and costing of foods, beverages and wages. Also excellent leadership and communication skills. Salary is €34,000/annum on 39 hours/week.
