We are currently inviting expressions of interest for Mobile Cleaning Supervisors to support our growing operations across Midlands. This is a hands-on, mobile role suited to an experienced cleaning professional who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working across multiple sites.
The Role
As a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining high cleaning standards across a portfolio of sites. You will be required to travel between locations, provide on-site support, and supervise cleaning operatives where applicable.
This role is operational and hands-on, not desk-based.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and support cleaning operations across multiple sites in Midlands
Carry out hands-on cleaning duties when required
Supervise and support cleaning operatives on designated sites
Ensure all sites meet required cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
Conduct site checks and address any issues promptly
Liaise with management and clients as needed
Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
Requirements
Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory or senior cleaning role
Hands-on approach
with a strong work ethic
Full, clean Irish driving licence
(no penalty points – essential)
Ability to travel regularly across Midlands
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
Flexibility in working hours as required by the role
