We are looking for an experienced bartender to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating innovative cocktails and a knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer. As a bartender, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience at our establishment.
Duties
· Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
· Take orders and prepare cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages in a timely and efficient manner
· Maintain a clean and organised bar area
· Ensure that all beverages are served at the correct temperature and in the appropriate glassware
· Recommend and upsell beverages based on guests' preferences and the establishment's offerings
· Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly
· Comply with all health and safety regulations and procedures
Requirments
Accurate and efficient cash handling skills
· Experience as a bartender in a hospitality environment is a plus
· A good knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
· Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
