We have an exciting opportunity for a Host position at our Michelin Starred Restaurant at Mount Juliet Estate.

Duties include but not limited to-
Guest Welcome and Seating: Warmly greet, check-in, and guide guests to their tables, ensuring a personalized first touch.
Reservations Management: Handle bookings and manage table turnover
Communication: Relay guest information (allergies etc) to servers and the kitchen; answer phones and manage guest inquiries.
Atmosphere and Standards: Maintain a pristine hostess station and dining area.
Menu Knowledge: Have full knowledge of menu to assist guests.
Problem Solving: Handle unexpected situations and guest requests with grace, aiming to exceed expectations and relay to manager on duty.
