Catering Assistant – Dublin 1 | Healthcare Facility | Dublin City Centre 3Q Recruitment is recruiting a Catering Assistant to work in a busy healthcare facility in Dublin 1, supporting patient care through food preparation, delivery and service. This is a hands-on catering role within a hospital environment, working as part of a supportive team. Work Details Location: Dublin 1 Pay: €17.53 per hour Shifts: Daytime only Working Hours Flexible roster: 5 days over 7 8:30am – 5:30pm shifts Ward-based work and meal delivery included Main Duties Prepare and serve meals and drinks Deliver meals to wards and assist patients during mealtimes Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness Stock and rotate ward pantry supplies Follow HACCP, food safety and infection control procedures Work closely with catering and ward teams Requirements 6–12 months’ experience as a Catering Assistant, Kitchen Porter or similar role Basic knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP Garda Vetting and legal right to work in Ireland Ability to provide 5 years of work references Reliable, flexible and able to work as part of a team Salary & Benefits €17.53 per hour Double pay on Sundays and Bank Holidays Full-time, daytime hours only Supportive healthcare working environment Ongoing placements and opportunities for progression Backed by an experienced office team and 24/7 on-call support Central Dublin 1 location, accessible by DART, bus and Luas
