We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar, ensuring high service standards and a positive customer experience. The Bar Manager will be responsible for supervising and training staff, managing schedules, maintaining stock levels, coordinating orders, and ensuring full compliance with licensing, health, safety and company policies. This role also includes handling customer queries, resolving issues professionally, monitoring bar performance and sales targets, and supporting the implementation of promotions and events. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in bar management or a similar supervisory role, strong leadership and communication skills, excellent organisational abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A full-time availability and the ability to work evenings and weekends are required. Competitive salary offered depending on experience. Location of Employment: Blackrock Road, Ballintemple, Cork.
