Catering Supervisor – Dublin 24 | Healthcare Catering 3Q Recruitment is recruiting a Catering Supervisor to join a healthcare canteen and kitchen operation in Dublin 24. This is a part-time supervisory role (23.5 hours per week), suitable for an experienced Catering Supervisor or Senior Catering Assistant with leadership experience in healthcare, contract catering or large-scale food service environments. There is potential for this role to move from temporary to permanent. Job Details Location: Dublin 24 Hours: Part-time (23.5 hours per week / approx. 2.5 days) Shift window: Between 6:30am – 6:30pm Roster: Includes weekends Start date: ASAP Main Duties Supervise daily canteen and kitchen operations Lead, support and motivate catering staff Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards Monitor food preparation, service flow and presentation Assist with menu coordination, stock control and cost management Maintain accurate records and support audits when required Work closely with site and catering management teams Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery in a healthcare setting Requirements Experience as a Catering Supervisor or Senior Catering Assistant Hospital or healthcare catering experience strongly preferred Supervisory experience in catering, hospitality or contract catering Strong knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene best practice Garda Vetting and legal right to work in Ireland Two recent professional references Fluent English with strong communication and leadership skills Catering or Hospitality qualification desirable (Level 5–7) Pay & Conditions €20.27 – €23.70 per hour (dependent on experience) Part-time role – 23.5 hours per week Double pay on Sundays and Bank Holidays Structured and professional healthcare catering environment Ongoing support from office and out-of-hours teams Opportunities for training and professional development Potential temporary-to-permanent opportunity
