GDC construction services Ltd require several experienced Shuttering Carpenters for work on the commercial construction project in Dublin 2.

This role will mainly consist of setting up and dismantling shuttering formwork for wall panels, installing the necessary insulation and service runs within the walls and pouring the concrete.

Key Responsibilities:

· Reading detailed formwork drawings (including location of window and doors openings, electrical conduits, wall insulation, etc.)

· Setting up and dismantling formwork

· Pouring concrete

· Signing off on all required checklists

· Liaising with the production managers and the design team with technical queries

· Working closely alongside our production team to make sure critical dates are met

· Maintaining records

· Ensure work is carried out to the highest standard and in the interest of the company

· Ensure compliance with the company’s policies ensuring Health and Safety measures are complied with

· Observe and comply with all good working practices and housekeeping

Preferred Qualifications

· Qualified Carpenter with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in shuttering formwork.

· Ability to manage efficiently and work under own supervision.

· Safe pass and manual handling are essential.

Salary €19.5-22 per hour depends on experience, 39 hours per week.
