Assistant Retail Manager -Tractamotors Blanchardstown

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager with a minimum 2 years’ experience for this full-time role with a salary of €34,000 per annum based on 39 hour per week. To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business, driving standards ensuring that the business operates in an efficient manner.

The Candidate:

Previous experience as an Assistant Retail Manager in a busy standard focused business.
Excellent leader who effectively manages their team.
A standards focus individual with high attention to detail.
As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will be a crucial part of our front-line operations.

As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will:

Work alongside the Site Director, you will be responsible for operating the business in accordance with our operations manual, policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service standards.
Assist in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
Perform various administrative tasks to ensure the store's highest performance, including cash management, stock control, and motivating and leading employees by assisting in their training, coaching and development.
To assume responsibility for the site when the Site Director is absent.

As an Assistant Retail Manager, you would ideally:

Have previous experience of 2+ years in a similar role.
Have a can-do attitude who has strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers.
Ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
