As the leading project manager, oversee the project on a daily basis and be responsible for delivering high-quality results within the identified objectives and constraints, ensuring the effective use of the allocated resources. Be responsible for risk and issue management, project communication and stakeholder management. Perform the activities of planning, organising, securing, monitoring and managing the resources and work necessary to deliver specific project goals and objectives in an effective and efficient way. Manage plumbing-led retrofit projects (heat pumps, heating upgrades, controls, and associated works) and administer SEAI grant applications from start to finish, ensuring: • Full SEAI compliance. • Trades are coordinated smoothly. • No grant failures or clawbacks. • Professional customer experience. Project Management and Coordination • Act as the primary point of contact for the homeowner from grant approval to completion. • Coordinate: • Plumber (you and your installers) • Electrician • BER Assessor • Suppliers • Schedule works in the appropriate SEAI-approved sequence. • Before installation, ensure that the site is ready. • Track progress, variations, and completion timelines. **Salary is attractive and will depend on experience**

Candidate Requirements
Essential- Minimum Experienced Required (Years): 5
- Minimum Qualification:Level 6 (incl Higher Advanced Certificate & National Craft Certificate) OR SEAI Registered; NZEB Training; Retrofit Project Coordinator (NSAI/SEAI aligned)
