Day to day operations in a busy office environment to include dealing with customs/ customers/ quotations / bookings / shipping documentation / invoicing / creditors invoices / customer & other administrative duties for AIR, ROAD and SEA traffic. Analyse and plan for the trailer delivery and collection. Scheduling and dealing with Hauliers / subcontractors and third parties. Management of the empty trailers Assist the Operations Manager with day to day problem solving ,and, act as Supervisor when the person is not in the office Analyse the profitability of the trailers, on going projects and some office tasks when needed Manage and establish a good working relationship with other staff members, partners, sub-contractors and customers. Key requirements: Master in Supply Chain & Logistics Experience in Road, Air & Sea logistics for 1 year min in Ireland Project Management experience Excellent attention to detail Experience in Customs Software like Thyme-IT, ICS2, NCTS 5. Strong IT Skills are mandatory. Very strong team player, and, eager to grow within the company to management positions
