We are seeking somebody with a positive attitude for the position of Goods Out Supervisor on a full-time basis reporting to the Head of Operations at M&P O'Sullivan Ltd in Wilton. Available for an immediate start. The job requires you to supervise the team of warehouse workers across their various functions. The Goods-Out Team Lead/Supervisor ensures workload is completed within agreed timeframe, schedules routine tasks, and determines other type work and a timeframe to complete it. The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring that all functions of warehouse operations run smoothly in a professional and positive manner.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Follow SOP to ensure all planned tasks are completed while adhering to H&S guidelines.
Lead the Team and liaise with the Duty Manager in a positive manner.
Load trucks efficiently with correct handling of product to reduce damage/waste.
Offer process improvements to Warehouse Manager when observing inaccuracies.
Ensure shift is run in a smooth and pro-active manner.
Delegate tasks to the Team and establish tasks for the upcoming shift.
Plan weekly schedule to ensure the completion of all tasks in a time efficient manner.
Ensure picks are completed in an effective manner and assist with loading as required.
Assist with replenishment of warehouse as required.
Operate mobile equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed.
Ad-hoc duties as required.

About the job:

39hr working week.

Salary offering of €34,000 for the right candidate.
6 month probationary period.

Education:
Leaving Certificate required
