The Chef de Partie must : Assist the Sous Chef and Head chef in ensuring the quality, consistency and production of areas of responsibility; Prepare food in cold section  (cold starters/appetizers) and when necessary, on grill station ; oversea the preparation of the mise en place in his station and coordinate the jchefs  ; 
The Grill Chef must: Assist the Sous Chef and Head chef in ensuring the quality, consistency and production of areas of responsibility in the grill section ; Prepare food on grill station ; oversea the preparation of the mise en place in his station and coordinate the jchefs  ; 
For both position: must assure the preparation for lunch, dinner and functions 
Requirements -
Length of the contract : 2 years contract with possibility of extension  ; Minimum annual remuneration €35.000  gross per year at a 39 hours/per week working program; Experience required: minimum 3 years’ experience as chef  hotel or restaurant background;
