We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet maker- Technician to join our production team, specializing in bespoke kitchens, wardrobes, and living space units. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling high-quality components to precise specifications while consistently meeting quality and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
Read and accurately interpret technical drawings and specifications
Assemble bespoke kitchen, wardrobe, and living space units to a high standard
Ensure all work meets or exceeds company and industry quality standards
Carry out adjustment, levelling, and finishing processes to industry requirements
Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and effectively
Maintain strong attention to detail throughout the assembly process
Achieve required quality and quantity performance benchmarks within set timeframes
Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity
Follow all quality control procedures and health & safety guidelines
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum 2 years proven experience in assembling bespoke furniture, kitchens, or cabinetry
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to meet demanding quality and productivity targets
Competent use of hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
Knowledge of levelling, adjustment, and finishing techniques
Ability to work unsupervised and manage workload effectively
Desirable
Experience in a workshop or manufacturing environment
Understanding of quality assurance processes in furniture production
