The Landscape Operative will work as part of a site team delivering garden construction projects. This role involves both hard and soft landscaping tasks and requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting with garden construction projects from start to finish - Hard landscaping works including: - Paving, decking, and pathways - Groundworks and site preparation - Fencing, screening, and garden structures Soft landscaping works including: - Planting trees, shrubs, and lawns - Soil preparation and mulching - Safe use of hand tools and power tools - Loading and unloading materials and equipment - Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised worksite - Following health and safety procedures at all times - Working effectively as part of a team and taking instruction from supervisors. Requirements • Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor work (preferred but not essential) • Good physical fitness and willingness to carry out manual work • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking • Ability to work well in a team • Good attention to detail • Full driving licence (preferred but not essential) • Manual Handling and Safe Pass / CSCS card (advantageous)
